We wanted to like this series and though the production crew seems competent there simply isn't enough material to be stretched out over six episodes.

So: Laurent has sustained a serious injury yet no one cleanses the wounds, or even bandages them? In an entire village there is not one person who owns a first aid kit? Go for help? No. He can wait.
