Bad Imitation of Home Alone
Just a bad movie. The kid is a very far cry from a natural. She needs lessons. That blonde curly sue hair can't carry her. Bad parenting, bad acting, just a bad film I wasted my time on.
Lame copy of Home Alone
I get that this is a light-hearted movie but I was not entertained at all. The characters are all one-dimensional and cliched. Even the girl's tactics are not believable at all.
A sad version of Home Alone
The acting of most the adults on this film is as bad as a crime as the original robbery. The plot is tired and used. I cannot say how bad this film was.
Pretty much Home Alone
I've seen worse Christmas movies and the acting in this one wasn't too bad! Fun, feel good Christmas movie BUT so unbelievably unoriginal. It's basically a Home Alone remake with some tweaks! Home Alone is a Christmas classic...crazy to use the same storyline!
Unrealistic, slow and forgetful
Young Izzy (Cameron Seely) is the unfortunately child who faces constant neglect from her two parents. While her mother (Denise Richards) and father (Sean O'Bryan) get distracted by work, they forget to pick up their daughter from school.
Izzy waits around the school unattended and encounters some bandits on the run that take shelter in the school from the blizzard outside.
This would never happen in real life. Even if Izzy wasn't left behind, the school had all its electricity still left on with doors/windows left unlocked. As for the parents.. wow. It wasn't just a once off that they forget about their child, seeing as they mention a few times that they ALWAYS forget about her. Izzy's character would've been better off as an only child, the brothers character offered nothing interesting to the film. He seemed to have a crush on a girl which honestly is the biggest snooze and took no huge impact on the story. Even when he tries to help his sister it's a 20 second moment.
Bless Denis Richards doing B grade Christmas films though
