Mike keeps referring to his egg as an over easy sunny side up egg. This is a combination of two mutually-exclusive styles of egg preparation; sunny side up is the cooked egg with the yolk partly cooked by heat alone, while the over easy is a sunny side up flipped over just for a moment so the yolk cooks more on the griddle.
