There's something about scott's show being available to me seven days a week, 10 am ET, that is comforting. I have dipped into it now and then, sometimes daily, since the days it was on Periscope.
My favorite thing about it is that Scott largely frames things with optimism. But also with humor, wisdom, and fairness. When he drops an F bomb, I'm doubling down right along with him.
've looked for his commentary on things in the news to help me process them many times. I've laughed and cried with him. I still do. Grateful for it!
Great show each day!
I also have his Dilbert daily calendar for 2025 and it has two strips a day that I don't largely get but I love Scott's live show daily.

Scott is usually insightful, often funny, always worth listening to. It's more like hanging out with your friend than a standard podcast. It looks like these podcasts might be coming to an end, and I will treasure every one I listened to. If you're new to Scott, checkout his back list of previous episodes, there's thousands of hours worth at this point. He always was, and remains one of my heroes.
Scott is also the creator of the enigmatic Dilbert Cartoons, which he still does everyday. He also does a new comic strip called robots read news on his locals platform, which go well with the coffee with scott adams episodes.
The last ten years of episodes have been really crazy, I've been all over the place with this guy, through the ups and downs in my life, he even responded to me once on one of the episodes. I really think this show is a microcosm of everything that's been going on in culture since 2016, I bet these things will be studied by historians one day.

Scott uses warmth and outrage to persuade thinking on a myriad of topics in the news and about personal issues. Honored to have preceded him at Cal so I feel especially connected. He has shared personal tragedies and victories. And as he states his super power is that he cannot be made to feel embarrassed. His recent health revelations are sobering and add value to what he says. The community of followers are elevated when exceptional points of view are made. The hope is that he will make a recovery and that time will be added so humankind can even further benefit from his ideas and writings. An American hero for sure!
Let me tell you, Coffee with Scott Adams is like a daily shot of mental adrenaline that I didn't know I needed! I stumbled across this podcast a few months ago, and it's become my morning ritual-coffee in hand, Scott's voice in my ears, and a whirlwind of ideas sparking in my brain. This isn't just another news commentary show; it's a masterclass in seeing the world through a lens of persuasion, logic, and razor-sharp wit that leaves you energized and rethinking everything.
Scott Adams, the genius behind Dilbert, brings his expertise as a trained hypnotist and persuasion guru to break down the day's headlines in a way that's both wildly entertaining and profoundly insightful. His "persuasion filter" approach is a game-changer-it's like he hands you X-ray goggles to see through the noise of politics, media, and culture. Whether he's dissecting the latest political drama, poking holes in mainstream narratives, or tying it all to human behavior, Scott makes you feel like you're in on a secret the rest of the world hasn't caught up to yet. And trust me, that feeling is addictive.
What sets this podcast apart is Scott's ability to blend humor, optimism, and intellectual heft without ever feeling preachy. His daily livestream vibe is casual yet electric-like you're chilling with a brilliant friend who just happens to have a knack for decoding reality. The episodes, clocking in around 50-70 minutes, fly by because Scott's delivery is so engaging. He's not afraid to challenge sacred cows or call out nonsense on any side, but he does it with a twinkle in his eye and a contagious enthusiasm that makes you want to lean in.
The community aspect is another gem. Scott interacts with his audience on platforms like Locals, X and YouTube, and you can feel the connection he's built with listeners who are just as curious and open-minded. Plus, his "extra content" on Locals, like micro-lessons on persuasion and success systems, is pure gold for anyone looking to level up their thinking or skills. It's not just a podcast; it's a daily dose of mental clarity and empowerment.
I've laughed out loud at his dry humor, nodded furiously at his insights, and even found myself jotting down notes to apply his persuasion tips in my own life. Real Coffee with Scott Adams isn't just a podcast-it's a wake-up call to think smarter, question deeper, and approach the world with a sense of possibility. If you're ready to have your mind blown while sipping your morning brew, this show is an absolute must-listen. Scott's got me hooked, and I'm betting he'll hook you too!

- TriviaAfter a long string of Periscope videos, Scott Adams provided the same material as a podcast with the umbrella title of "Coffee with Scott Adams", thus turning the videos into an official series that began 24 March, 2018. He abandoned the podcast on April 26, 2018, with episode 34, but then revived it on May 9. And so the videos made before the series, and some of them made during the hiatus, are listed on IMDb as standalone titles. (Note that many, if not all, the videos made during the hiatus were later added to the podcast.)
