    Favorite of the short stories

Geralt and the strigga was my favorite in the Last Wish book. I'm glad to see how it was adapted and I loved it all. There were some deviations but overall...I love this episode and this show.

    Going good but uneven storytelling.

    4 out of 5 stars

Geralt takes a task to hunt down a monster to find out it was cursed. Which he tries to fight it and save it. Meanwhile, Yennefer is pushed aside from being a sorceress to a King which she wants to be with. But she will make a sacrifice to become beautiful.

The episode is good. I love the action fight scene with Geralt and a cursed princess. It was exciting. The script is lacking in character development and story development. It is uneven. Which besides Geralt. Yennefer. And Ciri. It makes other people forgettable with its direction. Still a good epic story that is still expanding.

    The show is getting better

This was an interesting episode. Introduced Triss, a character that I know even knowing very little about the lore of The Witcher universe, showed us that Yennefer's arc is before Geralts, so there are two different timelines in this series, I don't if this is the best decision but its' a interesting take. I liked the episode much because of the focus on Geralt, he is the protagonist but I din't feel him in the first two episodes. His fight against the Striga was good, I liked, and one of the best parts of this episode was his fight against the monster intercalated with Yennefer's transformation, and I'm starting to care about her, which is good, the character are getting more . The acting continues fine, the photography is great, the same with the previous episodes, the soundtrack is really good, and I could go on. I expect that the season keep the quality.

Now THIS is what the series is capable of! What a stunning episode!

The story we see Geralt follow in this episode is a brilliant tale in the book series and honestly it's just how I imagined it on the page, this is the world of the Witcher at its best and the best episode in the series so far!

Yennifer's new storyline is coming into its own and the climax of this episode is absolutely superb. Everything about this episode oozes the lore and intrigue of the franchise and I'm so happy we got to see one of the great stories of the books be recreated in beautiful detail on the screen.

    I'm trying

For someone who hasn't played the game or read books I'm really trying to get into this. The characters are kinda whatever but I'm still here lol
