The remaining six home cooks first challenge is their ultimate chocolate pudding (dessert) in two and a half hours, next a aubergine (eggplant) dish in just one hour. The eliminator is sweet and sour pork with egg fried rice in 40 minutes.

The quarterfinal sees the five home cooks facing a first challenge with an ultimate sharing feast which includes at least 4 dishes, next a mackerel dish presented two ways. The eliminator is Chicken Kiev with mashed potatoes and broccoli.

The semi-final sees the four remaining home cooks facing a first challenge of the ultimate drinks party which includes four savory and one sweet canape as well as a cocktail, next two ginger dishes - one sweet and one savory. The eliminator is Risotto Primavera with a parmesan crisp.

The final sees the three home cooks facing a first challenge to make a warm Scotch Egg with Tartar sauce, next up is a single dish featuring both chicken and mushrooms, and finally a two course (main and pudding/dessert) ultimate dinner.
