MIddle aged men will understand
The story is a very similar to American Beauty, pace is fast, i didnt get bored with some sexy scenes. The director deserves to be followed.
Decent movie
This movie definitely had American beauty vibes. It was entertaining for sure. I love love love Jessica Willis, she definitely commands attention. And the lead Kyle White carried the movie well. Watching these two was not a waste of time, decent indie for sure.
Waste Of Time
After about 37 minutes into this piece of turd, I decided I've had enough!
Is it ironic that someone decides to make a film regarding sex, and yet fail to make any scene look sexy?!?! Or for that matter, have any decent sex scenes?!?
I've seen plenty of well made indie films that have been enjoyable on rewatch, but this one will never be remembered for anything.
Bad acting, no humor (considering it's labeled as a comedy/drama) and uninteresting boring scenes makes this movie one to avoid!!
Anyone giving this a higher rating than five is more likely coming from a sus account.
(And just because the lead "actress" is good looking doesn't make the movie any better)

User review of Trunkfish
Lead male lacked any charisma and made you wonder why his stunning wife married him in the first place and then put up with his attempts to rev up their sex life. My biggest complaint was that when his beautiful wife does decide to have sex with an attractive younger guy the camera focuses only on the uncharismatic husband's face responding to their lovemaking. He took it badly so presumably this was to make viewers sorry for him? What would have been far better would have been to have shown her really enjoying herself with the younger guy with just a fleeting cut to his sad face responding to her obvious enjoyment. What a missed opportunity to ram home to the viewer what a stupid husband he was.
Not quite a comedy...
I wouldn't call this a comedy. There some comedic parts in it but this is more in the area of tragicomedy. The performances are bit stilted but overall a good movie...

- TriviaThough credited in the film as a 2nd Assistant Director, Mitch McLeod was actually the 1st Assistant Director on the film. Director John Kviklys was struggling to direct an intense scene between his two actors, at which point McLeod was asked to step in to direct the scene. This caused contention between McLeod and Kviklys which, in turn, caused contention between McLeod and producer Timothy Talbott. Of the many results of this falling out, McLeod's improper credit in the film was one of them.
