Ultimate Ninja Challenge

Part survival and even less martial arts. However what's entertaining is how the cast members work through indifference and drama. This is a great series to binge watch. Dan Shrigley is my absolute favorite cast member in the series. You either love him or hate him. Makes for great television viewing. Also the film locations are gorgeous. I feel like visiting Canada and Japan now. As for the em educational aspects, I've followed Dan ever since the show aired. I feel had the producers let Dan actually demonstrate and teach rather than focus on the drama the show would have been a hit. Dan please do another show again.

"Ultimate"? No. It's a group of alphas starving on an island. It's dreary, it's boring and it's painful to watch.

"Ninja"? HELL NO. Do you know what ninja did? They gathered intelligence, they snuck into places, and they killed people. Do you know where there are none of these things? ON A DESERTED ISLAND.

"Challenge"? Well, ok, these boobs were challenged. A properly trained boy scout would be a better "Ultimate Ninja".

What do you think of when you think of ninja warriors? Sneaking, combat, espionage, acrobatics, exotic weapons, strategy.

Better name: "Adequate Boy Scout Starvation Porn".

Sadly, the show had almost nothing to do with Ninjas, a key part of the name; Their claim of the last living ninja being involved, is very dubious at best.

The show really seemed like a poor excuse for Renegade83 to make yet another highly produced survival show, bordering on outright fakery.

The casting also reflected a very poor quality in that some of the people had highly questionable backgrounds, some bordering on blatant fraud or seriously worrisome character issues with legal implications.

Sadly, this is one of those lackluster shows reflecting both ignorance by networks and production companies on the subject matter and their seeming low estimation of the intelligence of the viewing public.

We can only hope it goes out with a whimper and stays gone.

I was so excited about this show, but now am terribly disappointed. There is absolutely zero storyline. Just jumps around from group to group at random times. I honestly don't know what they're doing, if there's a prize, if someone wins, how they ended up in groups....worst reality survival show I've seen yet

The show has nothing to with ninjas but is a survival show for people with very differing skillsets (not in an interesting way) . There's around 15 minutes of real content per episode and everything gets shown twice or thrice.

This just Naked and Afraid without being naked nor afraid.

Avoid.
