It slowly creeps you out when you watch this because you don't understand what's going on at first. And when you do, you start to feel horrible.

This episode perfectly describes how disgusting people can be.

Everything leads to this, and when it ends, you're left with nothing but horror. This is a truly sad episode, and it stays with you. The animation itself perfectly matches the atmosphere and theme.

The atmosphere is gloomy, especially when you realize what's really happening.
