Verdict
Okay so I messed up, in an attempt to fill out my top 10 Turkish movies list I needed to add some titles and I came across Siccin (2014) but being the completionist that I am I just absolutely positively emphatically HAD to watch all of them and oh boy that was a mistake.
You see you know what the Siccin films have in common?
Everything, literally everything. They're independent separate non-connected stories and yet somehow, someway and still the same in every conceivable way both plot wise and the dreadful acting.
Siccin 5 is another remix of the last 4 movies, no originality, makes absolutely no sense, heavy religious tones and more foolishness than you can wave Muslim prayer cap at.
Don't watch this, don't watch any of them, just don't do it to yourself.
Rants
Me and Turkish cinema clearly don't get along, at the time of writing my Turkish Top 10 movie list is made up of a 4, four 3's, and five 2's! Yikes. Should I watch more Turkish films to try and counter that or will I only prove further that Turkish cinema is most certainly not a delight!?
The Good
Some of the effects aren't awful
The Bad
Dreadful acting Ridiculously bad score Nonsensical plot Just a rehash of the previous movies.

It was far below my expectations. A film that I couldn't understand, and even if I did, I couldn't solve it. No matter where you try to hold on, it falls apart. Some scenes were nicely shot, but apart from those, it didn't work for me. The jumpscare scenes were bad-not scary, just disgusting. In horror movies, fluency and flow are very important. This one doesn't flow; it just stands still.
The makeup, on the other hand, was great. You can tell effort was put into it, and it turned out really good. Same with the music. In fact, the end credits were better than the movie itself-at least the music was enjoyable.
As for the acting, I want to highlight Merve Ates. She did a great job, and I especially noticed how much she's improved. Sadly, she was wasted in the wrong movie.
I guess the movie tries to show how dangerous black magic can get, but it just doesn't work. There's only one scene I liked, and that was the final scene. The setting and atmosphere were good. Other than that, there was nothing memorable for me. Without a solid story, a horror film falls apart. I kept waiting for something to happen-but nothing.
This has become my least favorite Siccin film. I can't even believe it's directed by Alper Mestci. Definitely the worst of the series...

This movie was absolutely amazing, I went to see it with my friend, and it scared the living hell out of me. I think the scariest part of the movie was the final scene, I can't get that image out of my head. Don't know why but it was just so scary. Siccin is the best horror series in Turkey.
I don't know what other people's opinion on this movie, but I feel that this movie have shown the extent of what a BLACK MAGIC & DARK SPELL can do to turn a gentle human into a devilish act.
"Siccin 5" continues its journey into the supernatural with a 6/10 rating from me, and I have to admit, I found it strangely appealing. The acting, while not consistently polished, manages to maintain a sense of eerie authenticity that adds to the film's unsettling nature. The film editing, at times, keeps the suspense alive, although it occasionally falters in pacing. The film's strength lies in its dedication to delving deep into Turkish supernatural folklore, offering a persistent sense of foreboding. The music contributes to the film's overall eerie atmosphere, while the cinematography captures the creeping darkness within ordinary settings. "Siccin 5" builds upon the established themes of the series, emphasizing the notion that meddling with the paranormal comes at a high cost. While it may have its flaws, it remains a captivating addition to the "Siccin" franchise, perfect for those who relish spine-tingling supernatural tales.
