Whaaat?

Why is this show even got a second season? Yeah yeah, wow nice romanticization of serving work and first decade 21st century nostalgia. But that's it....

Becky now works at a restaurant referred to as "the barbecue place", after Howard transferred her there. In real life, Union Square Hospitality Group, which owns the real-life restaurant that author Stephanie Danler worked at (and which inspires the fictional restaurant in the show), also owns a barbecue restaurant called Blue Smoke. It features Kansas City-style barbecue in a nod to restaurateur Danny Meyer's hometown.
