Onwards and upwards

Good plot development and storylines, crossing the "Law" and "Order" sides of the equation.

Plenty for everyone, reopening cases and digging deep.

Jamie and Eddie end up with a sensible accommodation of their careers - and are still talking. Threat assessments throw up an anomaly which is dealt with, highlighting loss and duty.

Show has been one of my favorites since beginning

I especially enjoy Sunday Dinner table discussion. The tension and sibling rivalry is actually charming. This season will be a little different with Jamie new position

Trivia
Jamie suddenly is minus the gold medal bar from his uniform. That gold medal bar is the expert firearms qualifications badge. It is worn when a uniformed officer has qualified expert on their last annual firearms qualification exam. You get to keep it year to year not permanently.

Goofs
The SVU detective was interviewed by Frank and Gormley in the PC's office. To get into the PC's office, a visitor must see Det. Baker. As his aide, she would be fairly well-known in the department. Baker shortly afterward went undercover as a sexual assault victim and was interviewed by the same detective, who did not recognize her. In reality, he would have recognized her so the ploy would have failed.
