    Everyone's in a mess.

Where to begin, we are in such a different position now to where we started, relationships are strained, and new ones forged. Kenzo's world really is turned upside down, and it's the same for Sarah, Taki and Rodney.

It's often the case in a penultimate episode that you begin to feel a sense of closures, not here, the plot gets even deeper, the relationships more complex.

Not often the case that I cancel plans to watch a TV series, but I cancelled everything to sit down and watch this, it is a captivating watch.

The finale is nicely poised, I expect big things. 8/10.

    Episode 7

The penultimate episode and you sense that it has gone very messy and convoluted for Kenzo, Sarah and Yuto.

Sarah's ex has some compromising photos of her that could land her in jail. However Rodney's meddling causes more problems.

The Yakuza gang are on the trail of Fukuhara's daughter in Japan. In Britain they arrive to get Yuto and they bring Kenzo's colleague with them as bait.

The Yakuza are in no mood to show mercy, even to those who have done favours for them in the past.

The episode had some shocking moments that came out of the blue and some secrets that are revealed. When it comes to relationships, Taki discovers that they can just be fleeting.

Another good episode of an enjoyable serial.

There is a 9 hour time difference between the UK and Japan. In episode 7 the action is simultaneous in both places. We know this because the characters are exchanging phone calls during the day. And that's the problem: that it's daytime in both places! It could be very early morning in London and late afternoon in Japan, but the action takes several hours, and other clues indicate that it's late fall or early winter which means days are shorter and this whole scenario is not realistic.
