    Dramatic!!

This was such a great episode more focused on characters and drama, but still with the humor in place!

This episode focuses a lot on Sally and Barry and the truth about their past, hence the play/scene about themselves they wanna perform! Therefore this episode has some great shocking moments that managed to catch me off guard!

There were some emotional and dramatic scenes that really elevated this episode! The relationship between Sam and Sally played a major role and really surprised me!

The acting was also on top! Bill Hader was amazing showing all kinds of emotions as Barry is showing his more human side as he reflects on his past and who he is!

The ending was an actual WHAT!?

    Amazing

By far the best episode of the series, absolutely fantastic.!

    A masterpiece in television

Throughout it's run, Barry has consistently produced amazing episodes, but this is a new level. Similar to chapter 7 of last season, this episode has shown that humor is not the only thing this show has going for it. Bill Hader and Alec Berg have created masterpieces, and I won't be surprised if This episode racks up a few Emmy nominations. Holy moly's that was good

    So many emotions

In every episode they unravel so much and give you a taste of how well a true series can be produced. I was genuinely surprised especially towards the end. I did not know what to expect in a few scenes and I loved that they were able to surprise me two times!! This is the reason why I am still watching. I don't want to be able to guess what's next or else it wouldn't be as fun as it is. Keep up the good work, this is great.

[Barry has just finished telling Cosineau about the time he killed a civilian in revenge for the death of his friend but it was the wrong guy]

Barry Berkman: They sent me to a hospital in Germany. And, um... A family friend pulled some strings and got me discharged. And after that, I, uh... I didn't feel like I deserved a good life.

Gene Cousineau: ...Holy shit. Fuck! Fu...! Who else did you tell this story to?

Barry Berkman: In the class? No one.

Gene Cousineau: Good! So here's my advice. You never tell that story again as long as you live 'cause basically, you killed somebody and you got away with it.

Barry Berkman: See, that's why I didn't wanna tell you. This is why I didn't wanna tell you, 'cause you're gonna look at me differently. You're gonna look at me... like I'm a murderer, like I'm a- like I'm a violent piece of shit...

Gene Cousineau: Barry? Listen to me... I had a son. I was terrible to this son. I was cruel. I was selfish. And there's nothing I can do to change that. But I don't want to be that guy anymore, and I pray that human beings can change their nature. Because if we can't, then you and I are in deep trouble.

Barry Berkman: Wh- How do we do that?

Gene Cousineau: I think we're doing it already. You didn't beat that guy up, did you? You came here. We're talking about your feelings instead of acting out your feelings. And as for my son, the first time I reached out to him after years and years, I got a big "Fuck you, dad." But today, today he brought me strawberries.

Barry Berkman: Do you think I'm a bad person, Mr. Cosineau?

Gene Cousineau: I think you're deeply human. You did a terrible thing. But do I think that defines you? No. That's why I don't think you should tell this story in front of the class. Also, they will shit themselves. I mean, they're children.

Barry Berkman: So, we're gonna be okay?

Gene Cousineau: I promise you, we're gonna work through this. 'Kay? Do you trust me? Now, I bill my private classes through another loan-out. So I'm just gonna go and get that ledger.
