Kudos to director and team for making this film, every actor's performance were so real and raw.

I'm not a tamil but always fond of such good movies which centers around we/comman people. Saw the poster,I went with that hunch and its was right it's movie which represents a mouring community in one of the villages.Great charaters which we always see rural areas Great cinema and camera experience

Something is nice about this movie. For sure the heroine but the backdrop also was good. Too many deaths ... not needed.

Caught this film on Netflix today when casually browsing. What a surprise!

First of all, a big round of applause for the producers for funding this film centered around death/mourning/funeral. I can imagine it is not easy to fund such efforts in superstition ridden India. The story, direction, casting, music, cinematography, art direction, etc. were a tad amateurish in one or two scenes, but doesn't take away from the overall quality of the film by much. The main actors played their characters well. Natural settings, dialogue, costumes, make up (or lack of it), etc. give an authentic feel to the movie and brought forth the rural atmosphere to the foreground.

A couple of hours well spent! We need more movies like this!

The screenplay seems a bit long and some scenes could have been made shorter. The plot is predictable right from scene 1. Good watch if you like feel good movies!!
