The whole insulin/diabetic piece of the puzzle is flawed in many ways.

Why wasn't this set in England? Many of our favorite British actors wasted in an environment that doesn't fit them. Listening to them using their own British accents would have been great. As it is, their American accents are just annoying and laughable, detracting from the story.

Aside from that, the biggest let down so far this season is that most characters seem to be overreacting rather than using the smarts that their occupations or backgrounds would have trained them to use.

And what's with the wrong medical information? And crime scene investigators using flashlights rather than light switches?

Not only is there misinformation about Type 1 diabetes grossly incorrect, but the mispronunciation of retinopathy was unbelievable to me. Wow.
