Each episode is getting better and better. And visuals r just amazing. I understand why some people r bored by this show because there is so much to know and so far we know nothing. What is Lyra's destiny, who will she betray and so on and on. Bdw, the dagger which was talked in this episode can cut through worlds. It will be amazing to see how it will be used

An incredible piece of television, Lord Boreal was threatning and all the story lines intertwine nicely to create an engaging, coherent story l!

Well the positive first, excellent vfx, costume and sets. The negative, awful directing and apart from the brilliant Dafne Keen the acting is woefully bad (supplied by planks 'r' us). Follows more to the second book than any other episode but still lacks any soul, which is somewhat perverted irony.

This show is just breathtaking, just the right pacing. I understand why some people might not like the pacing, since we live in a world where everyone needs instant satisfaction ... But this show isn't about that. I havent read the Book, never watched the movie and I'm totally hooked. There's so much mystery and symbolism in this universe. Visuals are stunning, actors are fantastic, especially Ruth Wilson, dialogue is well writen. What else to ask for ? This is as good as fantasy show can get.

A series with such a great start that just got dumber and dumber. Season 2 is a total mess, just a story telling without any soul, cringe acting, cringe dialogues, cringe script. As an adult I find it impossible to take it seriously anymore. I am at the point of giving up following this series. The lady with the monkey and the church guys are the only ones that kept me invested so far. Lyra's actress is a good actress, but there is nothing she can do with such sinister directing and dialogues. No CGI can replace bad producers unfortunately..

At this point, it became just a dumb show for kids, there are no layers anymore, just a dumb story unfolding.
