Ron White: If You Quit Listening, I'll Shut Up

Whoever edited sound for this special needs to be fired! Ron White is hilarious as always but it sounds like Ron is using a boom mic while each and every audience member is hooked up with a lav mic. (Imagine you're watching a tv show and as soon as it goes to commercial, the audio becomes twice as loud to get your attention.) That's what happens every few seconds when the crowd laughs. (Audience volume goes from a 5 to 10) Normal volume when Ron is talking then audience laughter goes way too high!! Ron White is hilarious as it is, there's no need for the unnatural volume with the laugh audio. Other than the audio, I recommend this

This was my third Ron White stand-up comedy in a short period. Not the funniest of the three but certainly good enough to entertain me during one hour. Ron White has his unique way to bring his jokes, with his heavy voice abused from years of cigars and alcohol he gets your immediate attention. His jokes are cynical, full of satire and sarcasm and that's what makes it good. Even when he forgets a line he's funny, he's never panicking, on the contrary he'll make it even funnier. If you liked Ron White before you normally should like this show as well. I don't get the negative reviews, if you don't like that kind of language and/or jokes why the hell are you even watching this show? What did you expect with Ron White? Lousy The Big Bang Theory humor or childish Bill Cosby humor?

I guess I'm kinda partial to it because I was there when it was being filmed (ft row mid center) and meeting him was the cherry on top. Watching him on a video, like most artists, is not the same but it has that same Ron White kick. (I'm waiting for another tour of the group l, those I miss the most.)

He covers all subjects.. couples, animals and of-course whiskey! No holds barred - everything is on the table! Little funk and even when you "unfunk", there's something for everyone!

... if you are sensitive to smoke, then it's a great time to gather a few friends and drink responsible. Thanks Ron!

This one takes a bit to get going and funny, but once he starts, he keeps it going hard. Don't be afraid of the gay jokes, they lead to some funny moments and even funnier stories.

I liked it. Not as funny as "A little unprofessional" but still very good. The Golden Corral bit was hilarious.
