After a spoiled wedding and dismissal, a charming girl Asya decides to change her life. She goes to work at a fitness club.

The work is not easy. The boss is always unhappy, the colleague-coach Polina humiliates the girl. Asya continues to dream of finding love.

Asya has problems at work: coach Volodya gets close to the client, and the director buys a batch of strange vitamins.

Lyosha is trying to get back to Asya while she is trying to solve difficult work issues. The club is fighting for the position of senior coach.

The director has learned how to use messengers and drives employees crazy. Lyosha suspects that Asya is pregnant by his main competitor.

Asya was invited to participate in the fashion show of large models. The main rule is not to lose weight. But the model is afraid to miss training with Oleg.

While Oleg is preparing for important competitions, Asya is trying to earn his forgiveness. There is a riot in the club: everyone wants to go on vacation in the summer.

Asya starts training under the guidance of coach Polina. The club's doctor Lyudmila suggests how to establish a relationship with her.

Because of a client left unattended, employees lose their salaries. Oleg and Rafael arrange an endurance competition in the sauna.

Asya suggests to arrange a surprise for the boss: to pretend that everyone forgot about the birthday. This confuses the director.

Borya and Asya agree to work out with Polina at family trainings, but for this they need to pretend to be a married couple in crisis.

While the club's employees are conducting a sports program in Mytishchi in honor of the city day, Oleg and Rafael are dealing with important orders from the boss.

Asya's dream has come true: Oleg offers to meet. However, the girl takes a break to think about whether they should be together.
