Jingle Hell

I watched the original Charmed when it first came out and was excited at first when I heard it was coming back. I must admit I was disappointed none of the originals were in the New Charmed and the 3 witches were totally different to the originals. The first episode I was a bit Meh and wasn't sure but thought I will give it a chance. The following week I was still a bit disappointed but then after the 3rd episode things started to get better, gelling and interesting. The show seems to be getting better and better each week and the actors seem to be gelling and more in tune with each other also. The storylines are also getting better and more exciting also. I really enjoyed this weeks episode (I am a bit behind most of the reviews as I am in the UK and this episode has only aired tonight (5th March) unfortunately) This weeks episode had everything and I so want Parker to be a regular and stay in the series and for him and Maggie to end up with each other (a bit like Phoebe and Cole but a happy ending Lol) I enjoyed the fact also that the sisters act like normal people and make mistakes, laugh and finding their feet etc it makes it more believable. I can't believe the amount of 1* reviews which is unfair as these people are comparing it to the original series and this is totally different even tho the same name, power of 3 and their white lighter plus the book of shadows that is where the similarity ends. If people stopped comparing the 2 then they might find that they actually enjoy the series. If you enjoy series involving witches, supernatural etc definitely watch this, give it a chance and don't compare it and I bet you will actually enjoy the series and be eagerly awaiting the following weeks show and wishing it was on the next day Lol. I can't believe the original Charmed started 21 years ago and I started watching it back in 1998 (when I was just 28 years old) If the New Charmed continues how it is then it is just going to get better and better and I hope it runs for at least 8 seasons like the original Charmed. SO give the actors and show a chance everyone and stop comparing it and enjoy the fun and supernatural aspect as it is intended and also wish you had their powers and what you would do if you had them (admit it we all done that in the original so why not now Lol)

So the Sarcana has a cost co warehouse set too huh well thats pretty cheap The crows were such a flashback to The Secret Circle and witches of East End" and"In blood and spirit join with us" but they didnt even draw her blood.... ok?? what have they done so far thats original? Harry was so lazy and so was Macy, a whitelighter can only be killed with those poisoned arrows by a dark lighter but well.... harry could also have teleported out of harms way and Macy could have used her telekinesis to untie her herself or push the demon into hell but no, Macy is so weak, she's just there to get rag dolled, isn't the eldest sister supposed to be the strongest one? this is very lame a and a down right insult to the legacy and mythology of Charmed... i think yall better give Macy some sodium bicarbonate so she can yenno get a lil power boost... this is to weak to be the power of three...

Don't believe the crying fans of the original. The fact they're still showing up to give 1's at mid season speak more to their childish tantrum it's not a continuation of the original they wanted than an actual review of the quality of this new series. For example the anti-Christian/anti-Christmas review above. The original series never even did a Christmas episode in their eight seasons. Whereas this episode they had a Christmas tree and exchanged gifts celebrating Christmas. It's simply a new charmed sisters story and should be viewed that way.

This rendition of Charmed is entertaining. The actors are meshing and there's multiple story lines going on: from who murdered mom, attempts to release the source of all evil, to demonic love interests, and a group of rebel witches. In some ways it has a better flow than the original without giving up the humor to be found. I actually find the individual sisters more interesting in this series as it progresses.

I really enjoyed this Christmas episode with it's cliff hanger ending. It's left me wanting more. As a matter of fact, I've rewatched (rewitched?) the series from the beginning already.

An Anti - Christianity - Anti Christmas hateful episode .

I enjoy this series more and more, starts to look and feel like they have a chemistry, it started a bit childish, but it became more expressive. On this episode I was very impressed by the Priest (Raresh DiMofte). That actor knows how to project his choices. Wow. Bring it on, 2019!
