    Part II

A private plane and a chartered jet collide and crash in a suburban neighborhood.

This second part has the best stuff. Gage and DeSoto are tending to a little girl who got hit by a baseball. The crash happens and we don't see them for a long time. Two other paramedics are featured throughout the film. They are played by David Ladd (son of classic movie star Alan Ladd) and Jay Hammer, later the second actor to play Alan Willis on "The Jeffersons". The crash site has some gigantic explosions. Dr. Early operates on a hematoma on the little girl. We don't get to see Gage and DeSoto at the end. They are supposed to be stars.
