This show is going downhill.
I've always really enjoyed 90 Day Fiance, it had me hooked from the beginning: out of all the people in the world, these stories feature people who are stuck on ONE no matter how far and difficult.
Unfortunately, over time, the show has become to focused on each storyline. For example, if one couple's story is that their parents disprove that is all we will hear about. More and more scenes feel forced now.
What Id love to see more of: culture. What food and activities are new and different? What do they love and what is hard? I miss when they'd show the couple's doing normal things like grocery shopping.
I also wish they'd spend a bit more time explaining why each couple is going to the chosen country-many examples where I wish they'd explain why the spouse couldn't come the other way or how they chose.
Blinded by love
I watch this show for entertainment but there's no denying how terrible the show is. If you're interested in laughing at a bunch of people with emotional and attachment issues making the most irrational decisions in the name of love, this is for you. I find it very hard to get past how people on the show are either very deluded or just plain stupid.
It's such a bad show it actually uplifts my mood knowing I'm not this stupid.

Entertaining
The show isn't as entertaining as it used to be but it's still a good watch. I mean who doesn't like a little bit of trash tv and watching delusional people to make themselves feel better??
Something the episodes can be repetitive such as Jenny and Sumit and his parents not approving. That's all they show and not the good times that they have. I wouldn't give the vile parents an ounce of screen time.
I know people watch this show for the over dramatics but it would be nice to see positives in the couples lives for once. And I think the show should provide translators for some couple to be able to communicate with family members etc as it's very awkward to watch.
But generally I like the whole 90 day franchise it's an easy watch.

Now I know why
I have always steered away from reality show. Too much superficial BS. I happened to see an episode of this at a friends house at her insistence. I love different countries and cultures so got hooked. Watched season 6. Have started season 7. Don't know if I'll be able to finish. Madelein alone is too much to take. What a selfish spoiled brat. It's exhausting watching her.
These people lack common sense.
And i thought i had made stupid mistakes! The behaviors and choices are so outrageous and glaringly stupid. I do think some, if not all, the scenes and dialogues are mostly scripted for dramatic and shock effect. The 62 year old Jenny character is beyond naive, selling everything, leaving family, to move to India for a man who was secretly already married. The Brittany character, social influencer, rapper, leaves USA to marry a man from a traditional Muslim family. This one seems fake and scripted, too unbelievable. The other stories in which children are involved are just sad. All that, but it's really pretty entertaining. I find myself wanting to know the outcomes.
