Goofs
In the opening scene, Holmes and Watson are supposedly proving that a yoga ball filled with carbon monoxide, with a small leak, caused a woman to asphyxiate in her car. Carbon monoxide would have left the victim with distinctive cherry red cheeks, which would have been obvious even after a car accident.
