The Hurt That Will Happen

Still on the fence but definitely on the suspicious side. Still enjoy watching John Dorie, Strand and Althea, maybe Morgan, but I'm pessimistic about investing energy into this cos you know what happened last time. We got elderly whoppie goldberg ridiculously reeking havoc. Not sure I care about the nuclear fall out story line. they've got bigger problems. move away. The head hunter angle could be interesting. and Maxheadroom could be interesting too. The optimal word being 'could'. The last 2 episodes have been shot and edited better than last season so that's good. The lines aren't terrible. so that's good, locations are good, ........ Will check in next week.

This episode moves along nicely with our heroes finding a new location and an interesting survivor and a returning character that they teased in the trailer, a great character from S1-3. The crew and cast delivered an episode filled with suspense, character development and great drama. I personally loved the slower pace of the episode as we the viewers got to see more of the nature, the overgrown style of it all which makes it so much easier to get immersed into the world and story that they have set up for us. The walkers was extremely good in this episode and the kills were some of the season's best, the director did an amazing job and I hope she will get another shot at it.

There were lots of great character moments, the new showrunners finally knows how to write for Luciana, these two episodes feels like the old her again the one we love. There were also some great acting in the episode: Alycia, Lennie, Colman and Danay were the ones that shined throughout the episode with their superb performances.

Fear the Walking Dead

Episode 5.02 (3.5 out of 5 stars).

The episode delivers another spine chilling journey with the characters in a new setting. Morgan and Alicia meet a new survivor that is committed to containing the undead that are radioactive from an exploded plant. Strand comes across a familiar face that nearly goes nowhere with this episode.

It does deliver another thrilling episode. The characters barely make progress with this episode. The story barely goes anywhere. Which is also one of the downside of this episode. It does get a little haunting with an injured Luciana walking outside the store after hearing strange noises. And comes across a horde of undead. Overall, still an entertaining series that is worth seeing through.

How hard is it to find decent writers nowadays.. pretty rare thing in 2019. The group goals is to find another plane because the first one they crashed... hey lets try that again... to find a random bunch of kids... and stubbornly help people if it means being completely reckless and idiotic in reason. The characters appear to be becoming dumber by the episode... its staring to feel like TWD... Just end this show.. its no longer its original self.. instead they seem to have highjacked it for no reason. why? Im watching soley for Alycia now... please kill her off so I can move on from this show. RIP FWD

This season is becoming really annoying. The characters are getting dummer just pull the plug out the plug on this AMC it's a shame for the eyes.
