Hey, I liked this comic derived action better than the drivel of Marvel and DC at this point.
Actually I think Mike Fallon and Deadpool would be a great team. But whatever on that.
Adkins is always spot on, and the major studios don't do him justice in giving him supporting roles.
Accident Man and Debt Collector are brilliant in their way, and this one gave Adkins even more cred as a lead.
Poco was a great character, the best of the killers coming after him.
Sarah Chang was awesome, and I hope we see more of her.
If you're a fan of Adkins this one is great.
Personally, I want to see more Debt Collector and Boyka. Adkins has made some great action characters, and this movie did not disappoint with his Mike Fallon role.

This one is well worth the watch if you like to watch movies for entertainment vs being preached at and woke-splaned. None of that here. All the action you'll ever need and the plot fits the action. Definitely get your popcorn ready ahead of time. The acting is better than I expected as well. The characters that are supposed to be likable ARE, the ones you're not supposed to like are pretty dislikable as well. The fight with the clown was definitely over the top. Pretty much non-stop entertainment with this movie. If you only watch movies for social commentary and angst, this isn't the movie for you.
Written down, the setup may sound a bit labored, but rest assured that the film flies though the premise-setting and always gives the elaborate fighting, shooting, and twisting sequences priority. Directed by George Kirby and Harry Kirby, the brothers establish their own distinctive style in the action sequences, different from Jesse V. Johnson's ace direction on the first film.
Accident Man: Hitman's Holiday looks quite good, especially compared with its budgetary counterparts in the action-movie sweepstakes. Audiences don't care what your movie cost, they just want to make sure that the movie is worth their investment in time and the cost of a ticket or legal download.
On that score, Scott Adkins and the entire filmmaking team bring entertainment value in abundance to the screen.

I saw the first one, and kind'a figured a 'one way plot'.
Just saw the second one. Lotsa great acting. Lotsa great action. Lotsa humour. Characters didn't take themselves too seriously. Or, well, those who were written that way, at least.
There a a few good twists and turns in there. If you pay attention to the details, you can see the end coming. It was a surprisingly good tie-up to everything. I still haven't figured if it was planned that way, or whether they just took advantage of the setup.
Unlike very few movies, I do come back to this one every once in a while to watch some scenes.
What I do want to know, what flavour of Benelli was handled by Big Ray?

I really enjoyed the first Accident Man, it had a very solid cast when it comes to on screen martial arts including Michael Jai White, Ray Park, Amy Johnston. The story was simple but effective and the action was top notch.
For this sequel it is obvious the budget was smaller, the actors in general less known in the genre as well, but they made the most out of it. Deviating quite much from its first installement while keeping the core of it. Its more of an action comedy this time around, but the martial arts/fight scenes are still amazing. No shaky cam non sense as well.
The characters from the first movie all had their unique traits as assassins but this time they pushed it even further. Ranging from a Clown who feel no pain to a guy who think he's a vampire. Some are more goofy than others but ultimately the fight sequences are extremely well shot and you never feel it cross a line of being "too stupid".
Some peoples have criticized the CGI but it is used rather sparingly. The low budget of the movie kinda show in filming locations as well wich are not the most entertaining and originals you could get, but the fights are so well done and entertaining it makes up for it.
Its really a movie where you got to turn your brain off, grab a few beers and just enjoy. Obviously the characters receive more punishment than any humans could withstand, and their faces would be bloody pudding after all those hits in real life, but if you understand the tone they were going for its really not an issue.
Some peoples may miss the more serious tone of the original movie, wich still had that comic book vibe (it is based on one after all) but felt more grounded and had a much better plot. This time the plot is mostly just a vessel to connect the action. That said personally i enjoyed the direction they decided to go in and focuss more on the characters. With a movie titled "Accident Man" there was a lot of potential for fun stuff and they explored that more here. Did they at times push the goofyness a bit too much? Maybe, especially with the Zuuzer son wich Mike must protect, but its never to the point of being annoying.
Overall i just had a fun time with this movie,. Boyka will surely always remain my favorite franchise from Scott, and i do hope they make a 5th one first but i would be totally down for a third Accident Man.
I didn't mentioned it before, but. Sarah Chang as Siu-Ling was a pretty cool addition and the back and forth with Mike was a lot of fun. I hope she follow in the next installement if they make it.
Ill just finish by saying please support this movie as much as you can if you want more like that. These movies do not have the huge financial backing from the studios as the theatre movies. I even had to manually enter it in the search bar on my Xbox, it didn't even showed up in recent movies and i check recent movies often. I just remembered it was supose to come during the Hollidays so i search just to see and there it was. Only promotion i could find of this movie is by Scott himself and some youtubers wich are deep into the martial arts genre.
