- Bethany Snow: William Clayton, the son of the late hero Oliver Queen, was abducted tonight in his hometown of Central City. The police have been unable to confirm any suspects in the kidnapping.
- Dinah Drake: Hey.
- Mia Smoak: Hey.
- Dinah Drake: Something on the news you should see.
- Mia Smoak: What?
- Bethany Snow: William Clayton was safely recovered from his kidnapper, John Byrne. Apparently the abduction was revenge for Oliver Queen bringing Byrne to justice eight years ago.
