We know it's just a filler episode, but there's no need to rate it in low ratings because it doesn't deserve it. We learn more about the Whisperers and how Alpha and Beta met.
The episode is very well acted, it has a great atmosphere and the plot is written.
Overall, don't believe the reviews who wanted to destroy the show!
This is that kind of episode that needs to happen sometimes, a little too slow for me but good enough to keep me looking forward for the next week.
This is how a filler episode should be, lots of character development and a great narrative in terms of backstory and showing us another side of the large story arc of this season, The Whisperers side of things and it was an amazing experience from start to finish as we get to see more of Alpha and Beta. The acting they do is magnificent, Samantha and Ryan becomes their characters in a really stunning way, just incredible. Greg Nicotero was the perfect director for this episode as it's a very walker heavy episode and his makeup and everything zombie related was another highlight as it felt once again that the zombies were necessary for the plot, he also captured and made a visually stunning episode.
I didn't really find anything bad with this episode except that it was slow paced, but that can also be a good thing and this episode proved it. The episode felt a bit like George Romero's Living Dead movies in how many zombies and how much feeding and gore there were which I enjoyed. The new addition of Gamma seem really interesting as its a character made for the show and that means they can play around with her and I like her, the actress seem capable as she showed in this episode to hold her own. This was an incredible episode!

Watched the entire episode in 2 minutes by skipping through. i want the series to blow me away.. it's boring.. episode 3 will be a mushroom growing in the forest. super exited.. bring us the action.. something we've not seen before.. and not that slow pace wanna be character studies.. bring em all to new york for a mission and robot zombies and new stuff.. whatever.. you dont need to make whole episodes like this.. you could make that clear in 2 minutes.. my day is ... now .. thx
add on: i just read people writing things like "good filler episode".. wtf ?! why do they even exist ? lets make episodes that are not so good to fill the series.. this is so sad.. :D .. with each episode they could feed countries for a year.. whats that ?!?!?!? bring rick back.. its not just about rick.. go crazy with the story.. this is just dull..

"The Walking Dead - We Are the End of the World" shows in flashback how Alpha met Beta. The deranged character and her daughter seek for shelter in an old building where their first encounter is. The episode is only reasonable and the viewer has an idea how disturbed they are. My vote is seven.
