Amazing episode feels like that shakespeare meets hannibal very poetic with hannibal style ( It's clear now the more i see of you the harder is to see you clearly )
I, unlike a few others I have seen in reviews, do like Love as a character. I like her as an actress too, she was also great in The Haunting of Hill House. I do enjoy the complexity of the characters and how "evil" is not so black and white. It's normally hard to root for a sociopathic and psychopathic character but with this show, I often find myself empathizing with Joe and sometimes even rooting for him.
I do find one thing is true in all of these reviews I am reading. This show is starting to feel very much like it is trying to be Dexter. In this episode specifically, the dinner scene was oddily familiar not only from Dexter's opening theme, but also how Dexter used to kill his victims. If you don't understand what I am saying, watch the episode. You will get it right away.
I am only now finished the second episode of the second season so I can't speak to how the rest of the season will be yet, but this episode specifically was good and kept me watching (and I have pretty bad ADHD) without losing interest once. However, it wasn't amazing. It wasn't brilliant. But I can see how it's just laying the foundation for the rest of the season. Looking forward to seeing what 'You' has in store.

You Season 2 Episode 2
Review : In reviewing this episode, I would like to say that this episode is a strange kind of beauty. I can't call the episode an episode, it's a little better than that. There are some element meetings in the episode, some elements are shown very well. The show has seemed a bit unfocused in recent episodes. The rest of the things I discussed below about this episode.
Acting : All the actors and actresses have performed well enough and perfectly.
Direction : The director has done his job well enough.
Story and Dialogue : This episode story is kind of weirdly beautiful. Somewhere it will be very boring and somewhere it will be very interesting. Somewhere it will look very sweet and somewhere it will be very thrilling. The mystery is that this episode is not like that. The storytellers wrote the story well enough and intelligently but there were some element meetings in the story. Good and fit and beautiful dialogue has been done in the episode.
Soundtrack and Background score : Like every episode of the previous season and the first episode of this season, no soundtrack was used in this episode. The background score is really good and fits well with each scene.
Cinematography and Editing : The cinematographer has done a pretty good job. All editors have done a pretty good job.
Other Departments : Lighting, vfx, location and sound designing are all good enough.
Overall Episode : Judging by all the good and bad aspects I gave this episode eight stars out of ten stars.
Thanks so much for reading my review.
