I love that there are multiple seasons. So many episodes. Could be condensed somewhat. I'm sure casting has been told to include controversial and outspoken people, but I find it uncomfortable. Some people are difficult to look at; so augmented. There are a few that may be low IQ or mentally off. I hope they have not regretted being portrayed as they are for all to see. Editing is intense in the show to build anticipation or to accentuate conflict. I don't like when good cooks are given low scores just because people are jealous or strategic. I have learned a few cooking techniques. The judging seems harsh at times and may lean toward favored teams. Sometimes I have it on just as background while I cook. It is difficult to watch when it pauses (when commercial breaks were on tv) and then comes back on and backtracks a few seconds. Do NOT like the commentator. Lots of repetition and unnecessary explanation by the commentator and given to the cooks to verbalize. It is somewhat scripted.
Sweetbreads are thymus or pancreas of lamb or calf. Not testicles.
Seems as though judges lean towards certain teams.
Seems casting makes sure there are very outspoken characters that are controversial. Would like at least one season with agreeable and kind contestants.
Colin is too harsh. His hair is very distracting. I like it when the judges are more human and playful.
I think it's an unfair scoring system when other teams score down just so they can stay in the contest.
The best chefs often go home. Everyone can have an off day.
This young enthusiastic sibling team is phenomenal. The toe to tail philosophy is great!

The styling and makeup of the characters! Superb! Reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland or the Hunger Games. The look a likes. Wonderful! The story keeps us guessing. We see the flaws and humanities of the main actors. Such humanity! Writing has never been better! I hope we continue seeing other cases. This was a great way to spend my time. Would highly recommend the series to all those loving mysteries and suspense. Holds the attention and makes one shudder at times. The intensity of the main character and the acting skill can't be beat. Comic relief there also with the partners. Language and violence warning. No problems with this show.
