Viudas Negras is a fantastic series that masterfully blends dark humor, popular myths, and a uniquely Argentine sensibility. The writing is sharp, the situations often absurd in the best possible way, and the humor ranges from subtle to laugh-out-loud hilarious.
What really stands out is how deeply rooted the show is in Argentine culture - not just in its settings or slang, but in its references, legends, and social commentary. It brings urban myths to life while making them feel both ridiculous and oddly believable.
Fans of the cult classic Cualca will be delighted to see much of its brilliant cast returning here. Their chemistry is still impeccable, and their comedic timing continues to be top-notch.
A must-watch if you're into surreal humor, clever storytelling, and a proudly local voice that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Te quiero, imbecil is a cheesy cliche filled comedy, nevertheless is a lovely film about life, changes, rebirth and problems in young adults.
La odisea de los giles is an outstanding comedy set in one of the most turbulent times of the Argentinian History.
It's imposible not to feel empathy with the characters, as they struggle with their lives, projects and the financial situation of Argentina in the early 2000.
The characters are a mix of Argentinian stereotypes, but all of them are really well devolved, fresh, funny, and stereotyped not in an excessive way.
Ricardo Darin takes the place of a dreamer man in the beginning and then as a grieving man, this change is superb and this could be one of his best roles in his career.
