Downton Abbey - The Grand Finale is an elegant and accomplished farewell. The writers wisely chose the path of subtraction: fewer contrived twists, more focus on the truth of the characters. At its heart lie the relationships and the interplay between social groups, capturing the very essence of the series. It works beautifully as a compendium, distilling what Downton Abbey has been for more than oa decade.
Gianni Di Gregorio's latest film is a quiet gem. Damned if You Do, Damned if You Don't captures with tenderness and wit the way life always escapes our plans-especially in love and family. We think we choose, we think we control; yet what truly matters is watching, understanding, and accepting.
With his trademark warmth and irony, Di Gregorio turns everyday disruption into revelation. The performances feel intimate, the humor never forced, the wisdom understated. It is a film that lingers long after the credits, reminding us that the unforeseen is not an enemy but the essence of life itself.

Teemu Nikki's 100 Litres of Beer is a darkly comic, slow-burning tale steeped in the traditions of Finnish countryside life - but told with the tension and atmosphere of a Nordic western. At its heart are two estranged sisters, drawn together by a dying father, a sacred family recipe for sahti, and a past soaked in resentment and guilt.
What begins as an awkward reunion gradually unfolds into a showdown of buried emotions, twisted loyalties, and bittersweet redemption. Nikki trades in horses for station wagons and saloons for wooden farmhouses, but the spirit is pure frontier: harsh landscapes, taciturn characters, and a simmering sense of moral reckoning. With its offbeat tone and soulful undercurrent, 100 Litres of Beer proves that even the far north can serve up a fine western - cold, cloudy, and with a strong kick.
