This indeed a wild ride but very enjoyable. It's a black comedy. With a mix of Oz Perkins, Stephen King and James Won, you just know it's gonna be good. The cast was perfect. Theo James was really good playing 2 parts. Good actor I would say. Most of the scenes are shocking but ya kinda laugh because it's so crazy. Oz Perkins is really becoming one of my favs. Longlegs I thought was really good with great directing. Can't wait for his next movie. His dad would be proud. Him being Anthony Perkins (Psycho). So if you're into some gore and laughter, this is a movie for you. Should of gotten a better score on Rotten tomatoes.
I'm not understanding these negative reviews. This is really a great series. Really good cast. Great story. Half science fiction half horror. I've been trying to find a series to binge and wasn't having much luck. FROM is another really great series but I'm all caught up and been on the search for a another good horror series. Looks like I found one. Hope it continues. It'll keep you watching. Yvonne Strahovski (Handmaid's Tale) is a good actress so I'm pleased to see her in something else. Scott Speedman is always good. Filmed in Georgia (I can just feel the humidity). Give it a looksie. You'll enjoy.
I absolutely loved this movie. It's not a very long movie and it didn't need to be. The filming with direction was really different. If you're looking for a slasher horror movie, this is not your cup of tea. It's not really a jump scare movie either. It's a story about a family. A bit dysfunctional family. The cast is excellent. Love Sullivan. He's like the perfect understanding loving father who wants to keep his family together. You might get a bit dizzy with the camera shots but you get use to it pretty quickly. Steven S. Went in a different direction with this movie and I hope it keeps doing this.
