James Plumb's gory, violent festive horror is for adults only, about a man who inherits his grandfather's home, unaware that an axe killer lives there too.
This is a British remake of the original version of Silent Night, Bloody Night, released 41 years earlier - and the final product here is one that should never have been done.
The story concerns the uninhabited house of Wilfred Butler (Philip Harvey), a rich but concerned man who killed himself in 1987, who has been willed to his grandson, Jeffrey (Alan Humphreys).
The home has sat in turmoil since Wilfred's demise, standing in the way of creators who desire to turn the property into residential homes.

I dare Dustin Ferguson to make a different movie, every single one is the same. Random compilation of the worst YouTube videos you've seen in your life. All they had was an iPhone 6, some weed and some red food dye to create something out of this nonsense. Found footage movies are easily the most hit or miss and this was a giant miss. Boring stories and characters who were just trying their best by the actors but unfortunately if a series of bad directors are involved it's obviously going to be a hard no from all around. I would probably avoid this like the plague and let everybody live their normal lives out on the field.
Pretty standard stuff. Just a girl talking in front of a camera talking about issues. This seems to be a regular theme in this director's line of work. Plainly average and easily can be achieved by most folk with a camera.
