I was hoping to get more Star Wars action in a 'cartoon'. It's got action. You can tell because the speakers blow out from the extra built-in volume. But action there is, just scaled down to Saturday morning 'toon level.
What I have a real problem with is that the 'good guys' are about as dumb as a stump. Jedi are supposed to be extra wise and careful on average. Not this bunch !! Turn your back on an armed enemy, don't warn people of a wide-spread threat. It's hard to tell the padawans from Jedi.
It would be nice if an animation company made something similar, but with a little more for the adult fan. Maybe a limited series. Not that it has to have an R rating, but something that can appeal to someone who loves Star Wars, and is an adult.
The animation is really well done !! Just needs a little more thought put into it.

Other than Renee O'Connor in a bikini top, this movie has no redeeming qualities. The entire cast and crew throw all their SAG cards into one pile, tie Barry Bostwick and the director to a stake, and burn the whole lot. I know this kind of movie requires a suspension of disbelief, but this stuff will give you brain cancer !! Other than the first 10 minutes where Renee is parading the bikini top, this movie should be avoided !! How does Bostwick get work?? He has pics of movies execs in the hot tub with some underage action?? And they give Melville a nod as contributing writer. Btw, he has returned from the dead, and he looks mighty mad !!
