This episode is not as bad as I thought it would be considering the rating on IMDB. It's dumb and campy but it can be reasonably fun if you approach it with the right attitude. There are certainly worse and more annoying Xena episodes IMO.
The main story arc is a pretty standard affair for the show and not that interesting imo but I'd say the episode is worth watching just for the scenes with Michael Hurst (Iolaus). I found them hilarious.
