Black Bag is a well crafted spy thriller. You see the inner machinations of a spy agency when something has been leaked, and it's suggested someone inside the agency is responsible. And thus starts the mole hunt.
This film looks wonderful, and is acted to near perfection by all the everyone. The dialogue is sharp, and you have to pay attention to get the basics of the plotting. And all of this makes for a good film to watch.
Unfortunately, nothing in this film matters. It's insular. The factors are all inside of the agency. The power struggles are between peers and higher ups that may have jumped over others for positions. And from what I can understand, there was very little at stake over than power. And that is what I found wrong with this film: there is little purpose in it. All this drama! All this confrontation! All this espionage! But no overall point for the film leaving this a dull viewing.

Typical possession movie but without the gore. More psychological shift. Creepy done right by the lead actress Gretchen Lodge. Not spectacular, but a 6 for Gretchen.
This isn't a horror film, even with a jump scare or two. This is a drama of a fractured family and how today's society can separate people from each other. Healing happens via the supernatural. Poignant modern depiction of a father and son. (With a ghost)
