I heard about this movie many years ago, but never managed to watch it.
It has a really good cast and I sat down to give it a go this evening.
I stopped watching after about 10 minutes because during that time the same scenes had been repeated over and over again, it seems to me for style rather than for any other purpose.
I wasn't confused by the skipping between various times both past and present, I just found it really annoying.
I've watched thousands of movies over the course of my life, so it's a shame I made the decision to stop this one so early.
I just found the skipping back and forward completely pointless and in my opinion, it added nothing to the story.

I enjoyed watching this series, but at the time of writing, it's rated as the 35th best TV series of all time.
I don't understand that.
I'm a fan of Westerns and Science-Fiction / Space Adventures and this is a combination of both.
If you like these genres, then this is a not to be taken seriously, yet fun watch.
Given how the series pans out, it's clear that they had not anticipated it being cancelled.
At only 14 episodes, however, it's very easy to binge.
I've rated it 7/10, which I think is fair especially given the evidently low production budget.
Give it a go, but just don't expect the 35th best series of all time.

As the title says, I am astonished at the low scores for this show and I guess I am completely out of step with almost everyone else.
I think people judge action movies and shows too harshly.
They are not meant to be Oscar winning drama, it's just a fun show with a kind of martial arts vibe set in the Star Wars universe.
It's not the best thing I've ever seen, hence why I rated it 7 out of 10. Those giving it really low scores surprise me.
Some of the scenes in it were a bit cheesy, but it's just meant to be light entertainment after all.
If you're the sort of person who doesn't really tend to go with the masses, then give it a try, you might enjoy it!
