This is badly done, like really really bad. It's basically an excuse to produce a bad commercial for Amazon. Even if there wasn't really bad, blatant, overly long product placement, it would still be a really bad movie. Like really bad. I don't know how many ways I can say this is bad but I hope whatever executive gave this the green light never is involved in anything ever again.
This is already my new favorite show. I love it. This show captures the essence of what makes the books so great. This is a faithful adaptation of the books. They hit all the main points but flesh out the backstory of the other characters and make understandable changes to the details to make a 10 episode series out of a novella. It shows that the author, Martha Wells served as an executive producer for the series.
The casting is excellent, the script, dialogue and characters are wonderful. I also want a full season spin-off of The Rise and Fall of Sanctuary Moon.
The first two episodes were great and I'm very excited to see where it goes from here. Please renew season two and three right now.

This is by far the best episode of Parks and Recreation. In my book this is one of the best single episodes of a sitcom ever. It's up there.
There are constant punchlines one after the other. And they come out of nowhere. "Network connectivity problems." "Stop pooping." "We still never talk to each other sometimes." "Ew gross, your foreheads sweaty." These are still some of the lines I quote all the time. I recently rewatched this episode and forgot how many of my favorite lines and scenes of Parks and Recreation came from this episode.
It's funny because Amy Pohler directed this episode but her lines were some of the least funny. Not that they weren't fun y she just gave the best moments to her costars.
