Pros-Aesthetically stunning and very engaging (one that should experienced in theaters)
Cons-Lack of dialogue and a bit too much action (very Americanized)
Fake Cons that you'll see in reviews -Cliche'd and borrowing from films like the Matrix (even though the Matrix was directly inspired by Ghost in the Shell) -White Washing (even though the creator of Ghost in the Shell said it's an irrelevant and bizarre claim) -Not good compared to the original
Conclusion: It's a good film and certainly worth the watch. The original was always a big shadow to overcome, but people have deliberately made the film look much worse than it actually is. It certainly isn't a masterpiece but one that should be respected as a quality cinematic piece.

OK so I have to say this is really overrated, however it is not only the deepest anime but the deepest show I've ever seen in my life and is really worth watching. After I watched this I must admit my mind was filled with ideology, concepts, and symbolism that id never thought about before. I say that it is overrated because people tell me that this is one of the greatest shows of all time, I understand that this started the dark anime business but honestly the greatest of all time not even top 10 in my opinion. With all that said I still highly recommend it to those of you who feel like watching something cerebral. P.S first have sucks, second have is amazing.
Blood lad is one of the best new anime's out there right now. What is special about it is that it is one of the few anime to make me laugh but still have enough action to keep me at the edge of my seat. I honestly don't think I have laughed as hard in any anime before as I have in this one. It also has a certain sexiness to it. They don't overdo anything thus keeping a nice balance for a nice and unique anime. The plot is fairly simple but it is good enough to have you continue watching or reading it for a long time. I was surprised when I watched this because I was not expecting such an anime coming out of VIZ media. I hope VIZ will continue to produce more anime like this.
