I always think Shyamalamalan is underrated. I like almost all of his movies. Except of course the last airbender one. But this movie... is beyond ugly.
The premise is great but boy oh boy the writing, the acting, the lines. It's excruciating to watch. Don't watch this. Shyamalalalalan's worst yet.

I'm sorry but I really don't like Cole Young character. I don't connect to the story because of him.

This could be a decent disaster movie if only there weren't so many unnecessary flashbacks! This movie doesn't need that much romantic contents to make us believe the characters are in love!
