It is poorly acted and poorly shot and poorly executed. Besides that though, the rest was terrible. This is really a waste of time which I realized about 3/4 of the way through. I just cannot fathom how people are praising this lol. Have our expectations for movies really fallen so low? I mean yes. There are a ton of terrible movies these days but come on man. Terrible.
Not a good actor to be found in the entire film. The music is corny, but at least somewhat interesting. That's about the only positive thing I can honestly offer for this disposable trash. I could have made a one person movie alone with my iPhone better than this rubbish! Terrible.

This movie is confused. One minute an interesting sci fi, the next minute a music video, then a terrible romance drama.
Both decent actors doing what they can but it gets to war they both knits it's disingenuous and it shows on their faces. Why can't a sci fi movie just be a sci fi movie? Those are the good parts. The rest is kinda rubbish.
I repeat. It's not that good so unless you're an uber fan of either of the two thespians, and yes it's basically a two person movie, hard pass.

Most people want to like a movie when they decide to watch it. I felt like Scott Eastwood was doing some good movies up until now. The weird non in person scenes with Mel Gibson are out of place, unnecessary, and unconvincing. The baddie from 3:10 to Yuma is sub par here, and he's the 2nd best actor in the movie. The mom and other supporting cast just can't act at all. I feel like all the actors in the last couple years need to go back to acting class because there's very little talent out there to pull you in. Unrelateable and uninteresting. It's ok. That's about as good as it seems to get there days. -sigh-
