Looks like Nobody franchise is trying to create a "Home alone" memory for the 90's kids. And the home alone kid has turned into Hutch. Movie full of action pieces and the selection of Bob has enhance the movie because of his poker face, whenever he tries to pull out "Saul Goodman" . Definitely worth an one time watch.
Honestly speaking , I had high hopes . It had the best recipe to be good comedy movie. Raj kumar Rao as a small town happy go lucky guy stuck in a time loop. The trailer showed some beautiful punch lines as well such as "Marinate kardogi Kya!!" . However, the time movie took to come to the point and then in stead of going to the conclusion , I don't know why the movie went to the preacher mode spoiled the "Show don't tell" philosophy. Btw have you felt like some one is so good in one type of role that even actor forgets which movie he is acting , Raj Kumar I think is getting in that zone when it comes to small town boy . Take examples where he excelled "Bareili ki Barfi" or "Stree" . Timing is same in this as well, he is effortless but if viewers find it difficult to tell which movie they are watching , then there is something wrong with the movie. Ranjan is forgettable and will be buried soon in his accolades. Other characters are to shallow and have no arch. Even the climax seems forced. So all in all , As akshaya kumar would say "Mujhe chakkar aa raha hey!!"
In one of the scenes one of the protagonist comes up with one of the simple yet a punchy line" Write BAAP hota hey!!" writer is the father of the movie literally speaking and varun grover has proved his mettle from this movie. Adarsh as Nasir the ambitious director who comes up with the brilliant idea of SHOLAY spoof in a small village Malegaon brings success to their career and the later part shows what friendship can achieve. Based upon a true event the movie showcases why small town stories are important . Each charecter is a small subplot and when the mix in the boiling pot it creates a taste called superboys of malegaon!! A neatly done work. Kudos to the team.
