Very bland and predictable film. Not bad, but just not original or exciting. Me and my dad predicted almost every big/noticable revelation or action.
Overall very much like if you combined Logan/Last of us with Jurassic Park and set it in a space-age, also adding in quite a bit of silence. A lost girl who needs a sad, shooting surrogate father to survive a suddenly dangerous world.
The characters feel un-developed too. They tried to write them some depth, but in completely cookie-cutter ways so it falls flat. Everything is so straight forward in how it's created, it's just sequence after sequence and then the time has passed.

I get that Kate is supposed to be a bad person to be able to grow to be a better person, but holy hell she is spreading a lot of internalised misogony (and a bit of ableism) and the movie seems to think that it's the right message.
It does have heartwarming bits, and some fun bits, some awkward fun-ish bits, and character growth, but uuuuhhhh can't get over the unferlying bad message.

This is the Worst Episode for many reasons. Basically all of the possible reasons.
It's basic, stereotypical, overly overtly sexualised (which makes it borderline paedophilic considering the age of the main trio), badly written, bad storyline... You name it.
Prostetics were mostly good, the acting as good as the directing and writing allowed. The rest you can throw in the trash
