I always liked this show when it was on the air originally. I am not certain that I watched every episode but if not at least pretty close.
Twenty years later, when it showed up on Tubi. I thought I would watch again but this time with my wife. Sometimes, I find that something you thought was really good as time passes and you visit it again it was not what you thought it to be.
But after viewing the last episode, I believe this show was even better than I thought it to be originally. My wife loved it as well.
I always loved Sully. I have a novel in front of a publisher now and there is a cop that the MC forms a relationship with. The MC tells the cop he reminds him of Sully on Third Watch. Makes sense I would write that considering my first draft of this book was around twenty years ago. I am glad the show is streaming now so it makes a little more sense in my manuscript.
Was Third Watch the forerunner for shows like Chicago Fire, PD, Med? I watch all those shows and enjoy them but after viewing Third Watch again. Third Watch is better.

I have been doing a slow binge watch if there is such a thing. This is probably my favorite episode thus far.
