Very funny, it's all very exagerated.
The premise is intriguing, but the execution seems over the top. Ths critics like it a lot.
I'm a new anime fan (since 2021), watched AoT, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Solo Leveling, Chainsaw Man etc... Watched Dragon Ball too back in the days.
But this anime is different and the mix of funny and serious it too awkward for me, maybe it gets more serious as the episodes advance
I'm on episode 5 now, but i don't know if i'm gonna keep watching. Not saying the show is bad, but i think it's not for me. I guess there are many shows like this judging by the good reviews.

Let me start by saying i started watching anime just 2 years ago. Attack On Titan pulled me to this world and since then i already watched shows like Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Chainsaw Man, Bleach and... Solo Leveling.
All these shows have amazing fights and one of the most epic is in this show, on episode A Knight Who Defends an Empty Throne, in which we can actually see, in detail, what they're doing, the same with episode Don't Look Down on My Guys, amazing one!
Then comes this episode... I honestly found the fights confusing, half a dozen frames each movement, too fast for me to follow in my 43 years of existence. Maybe i'm geting old.
Maybe it gets better after a rewatch.
