I truly liked this film so much so that I saw it twice in a span of three days. The second time was more of a character study and, I must admit I liked the story even more the second time. Costner tells his story with a humane perspective to both the Indigenous and settler point of view. As time goes on this will become a real masterpiece and no doubt what so ever one of the greatest westerns ever made. It is a story that you have to give time to develop. I sincerely hope he can complete the vision as he artistically see it with out having to cut corners to meet some ridiculous monetary deadline.
Only watched episode one and was sorry I did. Acting is good but the story promotes sadistic and evil racism.
I really enjoyed this finale in the franchise. The biggest problem the low raters of this movie have is the pointing out of American racism. It's true and it's real and it is a sickening behavior white Americans don't want to reckon with because of the dehumanizing mind set of white supremacy. If the truth hurts or frustrating , then help make a serious change in thinking and in the world. Enjoy this Martial Arts tribute for what it is.
