I'll admit I was reluctant to continue after episode one but gave it another shot as the summer vacancy of shows began.
Once you watch past the first two episodes the series finds its footing. The cast began to forge ahead with chemistry that builds with each episode. I'm not a fan of the fake southern accent & other fake European ones presented in certain episodes. I especially dislike the ice cold Ingrid character who seems to hold some sort of dark secret and false sense of superiority. I've seen many reviews compare it to the series House and while there are similarities it's not a carbon copy.

It's bad and not in the future cult classic was so bad it was good either. The script jumps into a story with holes that forces the audience to formulate possible scenarios that could have been written into the script & make random assumptions in order to follow along. The conversations between characters skip around were dialogue is missing, it comes across as if the script had lines cut out that would have made the conversation make sense. Without even reading the book it's adapted from I can tell a huge chunk of the story was missing from the jump. I couldn't finish the film due to the lack of details that seemed to be missing from the story.
How can a film with an amazing cast come off so wrong? The banter and wittiness you expect from Diane, William, Richard & Susan is strong but the script doesn't live up to what you know them to perform in.
Lots of strong dialogue they fills like it was meant for the theater and missed the mark with the space that is left in a film.
So many awkward scenes that have holes or dead moments that make you wonder what could have been done differently. The last 20 minutes has the best line's delivered by the cast.
The cast try's hard and have some really great scenes that made us laugh. Overall I don't regret watching it just wished it offered more.
