Found this at my local thrift store it was $2.00. Even though it was made in 84 the message is still relevant today. Lynne Peterson just graduated high school and has her life cut short by a drunk driver Tom Fiske. The story centres around the family and the different grieving processes one may take in how to handle the loss, along with the process of going to trial in such matters. Denzel Washington screen time is brief but effective, and Don Murray ( Tom Fiske) plays the business man who refuses to acknowledge he has a drinking problem. If you find it at a garage sale or second hand shop definitely worth a watch if crime dramas interest you. 4/5.

Came on a double feature of Creature with the blue hand which was vastly better than Web of the spider. This film starts out promising enough with Klaus digging in a grave yard and being Klaus maniacal and wide eyed, then he's telling the story in the pub and meets friend Foster an American journalist ( Anthony Francosia) on spending a night in Blackwood castle, it becomes more if a supernatural film, and a live story between Foster and Elizabeth Blackwood, it kind of confusing and boring at this point, the ending is ok enough though the same thing happened to Francosia in Argento's Tenebrae which was a great film. The Camara work and atmosphere was decent, Kinski scenes are too brief and you get one pair of titties for a few seconds and Francosia was good too, though as mentioned his writer character in Tenebrae is superior. 2/5.

This was the first Bond film my dad showed me when I was 4 on laser disc, and I was instantly hooked. 007 after finally dispatching a long time nemesis has to recover an atomic ATAC device that down mysteriously on a surveillance ship. His mission takes him to Greece, and he partners up with the beautiful Melina Havelock who is on her own vendetta to avenge the murder of her parents, it's seems they're both after the same man. This is a proper old school thriller with great, fun action sequences. This film has the perfect blend down to earth storytelling and peppered with some of Rogers era humour, it also features one of Rogers coldest kills. Conti does a great Bond score too, probably the best sounding gun barrel sequence ever. To this day it sits on my top ten Bond films as #2, which #1 is also occupied by my favorite Bond Roger Moore. To the youngsters who think Brosnan or Craig were the best, give this film a try. 5/5.
