In one word, this show is a flop!! If you're looking for Mike Holmes, Home Inspector Joe is not it! He yammers on about mold and other issues like only he could have discovered these, and talks them up as if they the end of the world! He regularly interrupts other people's conversations to give his "chicken little" speech about how "the sky is falling!" He acts as if only he could have discovered the problems and he's saved the world! I have now watched two shows and that's it - I can't take anymore of his "drama queen" posturing and pontificating! And the designer is sweet, but her designs are not earth shattering!

He's great and seems very sincere. The designer acts so phony and her exaggerated facial and hand gestures are hard to watch! She thinks she's funny but she's just "overacting" and detracts from the actual story. Lose the bad actor designer or include less of her!!
