There are some great actors here : Cate Blanchett, Kevin Kline, Art Malik. There is a great director. But this is almost embarrassing to watch. It's like watching a stage play where everyone is overacting. The ep3 seduction and sex scene is equally embarrassing and funny. Where he's getting all hot and bothered at the table is one of the most stupid scenes I've ever seen. The voice over is thoroughly annoying it would work so much better without it. I have left the series after ep 3 one of the most pretentious and boring bits of TV I've had to sit through. There's no real connection between any of the characters. What a terrible waste of time, money and talent.
